NoSQL Data Analysis with BitYota and MongoDBMongoDB is a broadly adopted NoSQL database, used by many companies for agile, scalable application development. BitYota is the the next-generation Data Warehouse-as-a-Service (DWS) for Big Data analytics. It is expressly designed for storing and analyzing heterogeneous data (both structured and semi-structured data) using standard SQL and without needing custom coding or a separate ETL process. This paper describes how you can load data in BSON format from your MongoDB instance into BitYota's DWS and run standard SQL-2003 OLAP functions such as Count, Group by, Joins, and aggregates such as Min, Max, Rank, and other extended grouping capabilities such as Windows (moving aggregations) directly on the JSON documents.
